Best Director goes to Danny Boyle for, all together now, Slumdog Millionaire.

Reese Witherspoon looks polished as always. She and Queen Latifah are both in royal blue and black, very popular colors this year apparently. She's one of the better presenters tonight.

This is the best awards broadcast I've ever watched! I love the performances of the Best Song nominees, the Indian dancers have definitely livened up the stage.

A. R. Rahman wins Best Score for Slumdog Millionaire! That and Wall-E were my favorites! Slumdog is gaining steam, I'm predicting it will sail in to win Best Picture as well.

Best Supporting Actor goes to Heath Ledger. A poignant moment for the Ledger family as they accept on his behalf. The whole audience takes a moment to grieve the passing of a great actor.
